Several important actions were carried out within the cooperative over the past quarter as part of our HQSE (Health, Quality, Safety, and Environment) approach.

In terms of hygiene, a thorough cleaning of the premises was carried out during the year-end inventory. The technical team took the opportunity to reinspect all remaining stock batches, thus ensuring their proper preservation. On the Quality side, the period was marked by preparations for the summer and autumn audits, as well as the sampling in distilleries to ensure the compliance of the batches to be collected from September onwards, in line with customer requirements and current regulations.

In terms of Safety, a new procedure was implemented ahead of the summer customer visits, and continuous improvement efforts are underway to further strengthen the food safety of our "Food Grade" essential oils. Finally, in the area of Environment, our technician has been providing on-the-ground support to our members ahead of the harvest, advising them on crop management while promoting the adoption of integrated and sustainable farming practices.
